Manage Switches & Routers
EasyDCIM supports operations on switches with the use of appropriate protocols. These protocols depend on the operating system that is installed on the network device. Currently, EasyDCIM supports network devices based on the following operating systems:
Operating System | Protocol | Supported Functions |
---|---|---|
Arista | eAPI | VLANs Management, Enable/Disable Network Port, Change Port Speed |
Cisco Nexus | NxAPI | VLANs Management, Enable/Disable Network Port |
HPE Comware Software | NETCONF | VLANs Management, Enable/Disable Network Port |
JUNOS 12.3R12-S12 | NETCONF | VLANs Management, Enable/Disable Network Port |
JUNOS 20 | NETCONF | VLANs Management, Enable/Disable Network Port, Change Port Speed |
Mikrotik | RouterOS API | VLANs Management, Enable/Disable Network Port, Change Port Speed |
If you have a network device that is not on this list, all you need to do is share it with us for a few days so that we can prepare a suitable driver for you.
PDU Devices
EasyDCIM performs operations on PDU devices using the SNMP protocol. Currently, the platform offers support for the majority of products under such brands as: APC, Raritan, CyberPower and Enlogic. The support covers basic power outlets management, that is “outletOn”, “outletOff” and “outletReboot” actions. Moreover, the information on the total power consumption is collected for the entire PDU device.
Supported PDU Device Manufacturers:
- APC
- Aten PDU
- CyberPower
- Dell rPDU
- E3Meter
- Enlogic
- Panduit
- PowerAlert
- Raritan
- Sentry Switched PDU
