Set Primary IP and Unset Primary IP provisioning actions with optional OS network configuration handling:
Set Primary IP can now save the assigned subnet gateway and netmask into the device OS configuration
Unset Primary IP can now clear gateway and netmask values from the device OS configuration to prevent reused devices from keeping stale network settings
GET /api/v3/admin/ipam/ips responses with additional context for assigned IP addresses:
device_label with the full assigned device label, or null for orphaned IP addresses
